First, let's look at what we mean by genius and greatness and how they're interwoven:

genius (pl. genii):  That special, unique something, sourced in passion, that each person has within them ... married to the  brilliance that is waiting in the air around us to be brought through into reality.  Genius touches us and transforms us in wonderful ways.  When we see and experience genius, it takes us to new places with wonder and awe.

greatness:  An energetic state of being that comes from a willingness to partner with something far greater than yourself.  It's about stepping beyond self and aligning with something bigger that wants to happen for us all ... a collective movement sourcing from and through you.
